Products & Delivery

Portraits are AI-generated. Results vary based on photo quality. Digital downloads are delivered instantly via email. Prints and canvas ship within 3-7 business days. We are not responsible for postal delays.

Refunds

All products are custom-made to your specifications. Under EU Directive 2011/83 Article 16(c), personalized goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal. If your product arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos — we will replace or refund it. Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.

Intellectual Property

You own your original photos. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-commercial license to use the generated portrait. Resale or commercial use requires written permission. Removing watermarks from unpaid previews is a violation of these terms.

Prohibited Use

Do not upload illegal, offensive, or third-party copyrighted content. Do not attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer our systems. Do not submit fraudulent orders or chargebacks. Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for third-party service failures (payment processors, shipping carriers, AI providers).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by EU law. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation first, then mediation. EU consumers retain all mandatory statutory rights.
