PetRoyal (www.petroyal.studio) collects only the data necessary to fulfill your order: email, shipping address (for physical products), and payment details processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your credit card information.

We do not store your pet photos. Uploaded images are processed in real-time by our AI partner to generate your portrait, then immediately discarded. We do not retain, archive, or use your photos for any other purpose.

We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic anonymously. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

Under GDPR, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing team@petroyal.studio.
